Minutes from NEKSAG Annual Spring meeting. Please note changes... Link: NEKSAG 2024 Annual Spring Meeting October 23rd sent out messages to all high point trophy winners from last year and need to confirm you are returning these trophies so can be handed out at Awards Banquet this coming Saturday, November 16, 2024! EVEN IF YOU ARE WANTING TO PURCHASE them, we STILL need to physically have the trophies for presentation! please just bring the trophies as its TOO LATE to order any trophies!!!!!!! We are super excited for the Awards Annual Banquet, which will be held at the Jefferson County 4H building, same spot as last year, Valley Falls, KS........this is POTLUCK so please bring your wonderful cooking food dishes! Not to name names.........Susie Jacobs PLEASE make the wonderful apple cake dessert!!!!!! I am not assuming everyone will make same as last year, but I am making my sweet chili too.............Starting time is 6 pm but doors will be open before that so we can set up and everyone welcome to start arriving after 4 pm or so as will need to set up chairs, tables, etc.........will also be having the raffle tickets sales, and the auction with auctioneer Gary Seifert who is one awesome guy!! Yay and thanks Gary for your continued support of NEKSAG!!!! water, tea, some pops, will be furnished along with the table service and napkins provided by Lancaster Saddle Club! REMEMBER TO CALL BEFORE YOU HAUL if in doubt |
